This Privacy Policy explains how Neyo AI collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Neyo AI mobile application, backend services, and website at https://neyoai.app.

1. Overview

Neyo AI is an AI creation app for chat, image generation, video generation, speech tools, music generation, credits, and a personal library of generated content. To provide these features, we process account information, prompts, uploaded files, generated media, technical logs, and app usage information.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use Neyo AI.

2. Information We Collect

Account and authentication information

When you sign in, we may collect your name, email address, profile photo, authentication provider, provider account identifier, access tokens issued by Neyo AI, account status, plan or credit status, and related security information. If you use Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple, those providers may share basic account information with us according to your settings and their policies.

AI prompts, chats, uploads, and generated content

We collect the text prompts, chat messages, image uploads, audio recordings, file names, model selections, generation settings, and generated outputs you submit or create in the app. This may include images, video files, audio files, music outputs, transcripts, and metadata needed to display, download, or save your creations.

Credits, rewards, and transaction records

We collect credit balances, credit spending events, refunds, rewarded ad grants, purchase or plan records if enabled, timestamps, model cost references, and related wallet history so the app can show your balance and protect against misuse.

Device, diagnostics, and usage data

We may collect device type, operating system, app version, language, crash reports, performance logs, error messages, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, feature usage events, and security logs. This helps us debug problems, improve reliability, detect abuse, and understand which features are working.

Website data

When you visit this website, hosting and CDN systems may process IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, referrer, timestamps, and basic security logs.

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide and maintain the Neyo AI app, backend, account, chat, generation, library, credits, and support features.
  • Send prompts, files, and settings to AI model providers so they can generate responses or media you request.
  • Authenticate users, secure accounts, prevent fraud, enforce limits, and protect the service from misuse.
  • Track credits, grants, refunds, purchases, rewarded ads, and model usage.
  • Debug crashes, improve performance, understand feature usage, and make product improvements.
  • Respond to help requests, privacy requests, legal requests, and safety or security issues.
  • Comply with applicable law, store rules, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

4. AI Processing and Model Providers

When you use AI features, your prompt, uploaded media, generation settings, selected model, and relevant conversation context may be sent to third-party AI infrastructure and model providers to generate the requested output. These providers may include Google Cloud Vertex AI and model providers made available through that platform or other supported integrations, such as Google, Anthropic, Meta, xAI, OpenAI, and similar AI service providers.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before relying on it or publishing it. Please do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential business information, payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or medical data unless you understand and accept the risks.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including with:

  • Cloud hosting, storage, database, CDN, security, and backend service providers.
  • AI model and AI infrastructure providers that process your requests and generate outputs.
  • Analytics, crash reporting, and diagnostics providers such as Firebase services.
  • Advertising and rewarded ad providers such as Google AdMob, when you use ad-supported reward features or when ads are shown.
  • Payment processors or store billing systems if paid credits, subscriptions, or purchases are enabled.
  • Law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when required by law or needed to protect rights, users, or the service.
  • A successor organization if Neyo AI is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or asset transfer.

6. Ads, Analytics, and Crash Reporting

Neyo AI may use Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google AdMob. Firebase helps us understand app usage and diagnose crashes. AdMob may show rewarded ads and may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, coarse location, ad interaction data, and other information according to Google policies and your consent choices.

Where required, we will request consent for personalized ads or tracking. You can adjust advertising choices through your device settings, platform privacy settings, or in-app consent prompts where available.

7. Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain your account and library, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. Generated media and chat history may remain available until you delete it, request deletion, or it is removed under storage, safety, or operational policies. Diagnostic logs are generally kept for a shorter period unless needed for security, debugging, or legal reasons.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You can request account deletion, data deletion, or help with privacy rights by emailing admin.neyoai@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

You can also manage permissions such as camera, microphone, photo library, notifications, tracking, and advertising preferences in your iOS or Android device settings.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no internet or mobile app service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please use a secure device, protect your account, and avoid sharing sensitive information in prompts or uploads.

10. International Processing

Neyo AI, its hosting providers, AI providers, analytics providers, and support systems may process information in countries other than where you live. These countries may have data protection laws different from your local laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

11. Children

Neyo AI is not directed to children under 13 years old, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app, website, model providers, credits, ads, payments, or legal requirements change. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice in the app or on the website.
