How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your Neyo AI account, email us from the email address linked to your Neyo AI account:

admin.neyoai@gmail.com

Please include:

• The email address used for your Neyo AI account.
• Your sign-in method, such as Google or Apple.
• A short message saying that you want your Neyo AI account deleted.

We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the deletion request.

Data We Delete

After we verify the request, we delete or anonymize account data associated with your Neyo AI account, including:

• Account profile information such as name, email address, profile photo, and sign-in provider identifiers.
• AI chat sessions and messages stored in your account.
• Prompts, generation settings, and saved generated media in your Neyo AI library where technically available.
• Credit wallet records that are not required for legal, security, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons.
• Support ticket information that is not required for ongoing support, legal, or safety reasons.

Data We May Keep

Some information may be retained for a limited period or as required by law, including:

• Security logs, abuse-prevention records, and fraud-prevention records.
• Payment, billing, tax, refund, or accounting records if paid features are used.
• Crash, diagnostic, analytics, or server logs that are already aggregated, anonymized, or not reasonably linked to your account.
• Information we must keep to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our terms.

Deletion Timeline

We aim to complete verified account deletion requests within 30 days. Backup copies and logs may take up to 90 days to expire from our systems unless a longer retention period is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
